Cap patent in Moulds

In our continuos work to be at the vanguard of blowmolding process we patented the invention of the procedure for the manufacturing of tanks and recipients with the cap included in the blowmold process itself.

This solution permits saving an additional injection part (used process untill now), the cap can´t be lost by the final consumer, asures the position in the fitting (Poka-Yoke) and helping the recicling sustituing an independent part for an incorporated part.
